At present, CloudZen GST is a web application that works on any standards-compatible browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari. The application can be viewed using a mobile phone browser as well, but is best used with a Desktop or Laptop computer.
2) How does CloudZen keep our data secure?
CloudZen software is hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS). The AWS platform offers industry-leading security protection. CloudZen following AWS and industry best practices such as using network firewalls, granting least privilege for user accounts, encrypting data, and frequent changing keys and credentials.
All API calls made by users or by application code are logged meticulously and audited frequently.
3) What is the scope of services that CloudZen offers?
CloudZen services consists of two components -- 1) advice on GST compliance and 2) cloud-hosted technology.

CloudZen GST technology's billing module provides functionality to prepare and print invoices and upload them directly to the GST Network. Your GSTR1 return is automatically ready for your to simply sign and submit.
CloudZen provide logins to your suppliers to submit their invoices to your businesses. CloudZen GST helps in quick reconciliation of vendor invoices and in submitting GSTR2 and GSTR3 returns.
CloudZen also provides interfaces to bulk upload your supply and procurement data from other systems that you may be using.
